Intermittent Untangle Alerts

I keep seeing two alerts on my Untangle install every 2 to 3 hours. Nothing appears wrong when they occur, Internet connection is up and working fine, the UT box can ping untangle.com

Failed to connect to Untangle [updates.untangle.com:80]

and

Failed to connect to Untangle [license.untangle.com:443]


My license is renewing next month on the 15th, which I wonder about because of the license portion of that.

Other than that, what should I be looking at to see where these are coming from?

The Untangle is being blocked to the update and license servers. It wouldn't see updates and license renews.

So if I can ping updates.untangle.com and license.untangle.com as the error message is being displayed, I wouldn't think it's a block issue.

The test is only done on first login. Refresh the browser to test again. Also the test is actually testing connection, not just ping.

Yep. You're right, I ran the ping test, not the connection test.

Hmm. The connection test is failing. But, I'm not getting an alert now while testing.
