Default Internal IP address showing but NAT is enabled, Also assign hostname to Lan IP ?

Having an issue with relaying our phone system off our ISP. They are showing the following error and telling me I need to have a FQDN.

Recipient address rejected: Invalid HELO/EHLO; Must be a FQDN or an address literal, not '192.168.16.10'

My 1st question is since NAT is enabled on the untangle shouldn't my internal Ip's be hidden and this should show my wan?

2nd question, is there a way for me to assign a hostname to that internal ip within the untangle ? the phone system does not allow this, or any other way to get a hostname assigned.

    Thanks!!

Why does your VoIP system spit out data that reads like an SMTP session?

Also, the error you've indicated has nothing to do with NAT, or your routing. That would be coming from the communicating service itself. If it decides to identify itself with an internal address, it's going to show in that log. That doesn't mean the device doing the logging has an actual connection with an internal address. Indeed, it actually cannot communicate with that address.

You need to fix your PBX configuration.

If it's not VoIP, then it's not on the network and who cares?

Again that log looks like SMTP, is the thing trying to send emails?
