Wait how can you have the Interface parent the same as it is bridged to? That is a loop.

So logically it is 2 separate interfaces, and thus a valid bridge.
Has worked great through multiple iterations of untangle upgrades.
This bridge is actually the DMZ where the customer's phone system has its public IP used to communicate with their SIP trunk provider.
Every phone call passes across that bridge and it works great.

Yup. I have another thread on this already. Support notified me that there will be a patch to fix this. I don't have an ETA.
Don't change anything just bypass your untangle for the mean time.
Sorry, bypassing as in going from your router straight to the switch. I left one cable active on the untangle so I can reach it when the update is available.
Just a FYI that I did a complete re-install of untangle and config from scratch in hopes of getting it to work but was in the same place after the 14 upgrade.
I'm kicking myself now upgrading so quickly to 14. I usually wait 3 months before moving to a new version of anything.
Same problem for me too. My VLANS stopped working after upgrading to v14.0. I'm also running untangle in transparent bridged mode.
Same here. The past few years of releases of Untangle upgrades have all gone so perfectly, that I think we let our guard down on this one. Still I think Untangle should have stopped letting it install to any new boxes as soon as they first became aware of this 3-4 days ago.
