Would the Untangle-related solution to this be to exclude or modify (which) the comp-lzo option for both client and server in the OpenVPN Advanced tab?

Turned off automatically on upgrades, too - or does it take an uninstall/reinstall of the app and re-generate OpenVPN configs?

Ok but what we do in current 14.0.1 installations? in server side a simple tik in the exclude comp-lzo is sufficient?

Correction: compression is still on in 14.1 by default in the openvpn app, it just uses the new syntax. If you don't want it, yes, you can disable it.

the openvpn app is kinda unrelated though, as you are the server in this case.

this discussion is more relevant to the tunnel vpn app, but in this case the configuration it uses is whatever you choose to upload.

Guys im confused now, to stop compression what i need to do from server side only? If i exclude the comp-lzo in server config then the clients that have it in their config will be able to connect?
