    I have try with a fresh install, no app, no rules.
    And same issue, black screen, all information about the program tv are ok ect but no tv :s
    All services (VOD ect) are ok...

    I i have no idea how i can find the problem

    Try VLAN from my isp router, user agent (see in bridge mode) add to the device in router mode.
    Nothing change :s

    I installed igmpproxy. I am also looking for a way to IPTV Streaming Transmission .
    NG Firewall requires a policy to transport the IGMP protocol.

    Hmm - Have you tried removing Untangle entirely (or putting the streaming box into a DMZ)? If you still get a black screen with your streaming device, it probably isn't an issue with Untangle. If it does work, you'll need to dig into the logs a bit to see if it's an app that's blocking it (web filter, SSL inspector, etc.) or one of the default access rules. **NOTE: Be very careful with the default access rules!
