    Default site can't be reached

    Hi All,

Something weird just happened to one of my UT box.
I cannot reach it (I cannot even ping it) from either internal or external network.
It does works as gateway and services and rules, but even from the box itself, if I launch the console, it says it cannot reach the site (localhost).
    What can I do ??

    Thank you !!

Unable to ping it is serious unless the access rule for ping was modified or disabled. It could be a failed or full drive. If you can wait until support is open on Monday, enable remote support via the recovery utilities on the console and open a support ticket. You could try the console terminal and see if the drive is full.

Otherwise if you can't wait, try reboot as a last resort. If it still does not return, it is probably going to need a re-install.

On the console, click on recovery utilities icon at the bottom, type in admin password, then choose reset to factory defaults

i tried but when i click on the rec util, a window popup for just few seconds and it goes away... nothing else happened.

the problem is definitely one of the config i have...
is there a way i can change the config by opening the file ??
or, just disable firewall app / enable back port 80 access ?? (from the terminal)

If the recovery utilities are not working, it has more serious problem than just a misconfiguration. I would reinstall.

ok I think I figured it out...
the problem was indeed the config, because even after a full reinstall, I restored that config and boum, same problem.
I fixed by resetting the cert
    thank you guys !!
