Default Unable to connect to camera

I have a network camera which can connect to my network via ethernet or wifi. Currently, ethernet is on VLAN1 so I could configure it and wifi is on VLAN2. I can connect to the IP on VLAN1 but not VLAN2. The All Sessions report shows 2 TCP/80 sessions with no blocks, but then shows about 10 sessions with the invalid_blocked filter. If I connect ethernet to another port which is on VLAN2, I can connect to the its IP just fine.

I have filter rules allowing connection from VLAN1->VLAN2 then another rule which isolates the VLANS. Any ideas why I'm unable to connect to the IP on VLAN2?

Look into the order of the rules as it is first match top down.

The filter rules are ordered correctly. I can connect to the camera when it's plugged into a VLAN2 port, just not over wifi.
