Default Access rules broken after restore

    Hi,

I bought a new device and imported my old untangle config, without networking - I imported them manually.

On my old Access rules I had this:

Where the source interface is my vpn interface from the tunnelvpn app.

But no incoming DNS trafic is working, its always blocked:

Where 192.168.10.1 is my untangle box, and 10.0.0.111 is the remote machine that uses 192.168.10.1 as DNS server.

Strange thing here is that the client interface is none, and not the name of my vpn interface.
maybe thats why it's not working? if yes how to fix this?

Access works if i create a rule which doesn't specify the source interface, but thats not really what I'm looking for, just using this as a workaroudn atm.

By "import" manually type in new rule or import the JSON? If JSON, the interface names and IDs are different so there is no matching interface.

first of all, thanks for the really fast reply

I did the import via JSON.
But the names are the same, I cannot chose something different.

I'm sure the ID is different. The JSON is corrupting the layout.

Well, deleting the access rule and recreating it didn't help.

I don't have support, I use untangle at home...

Maybe I'll just start from scratch
