Default Interface config failing - need some troubleshooting tips

Hi folks - I'm running a newly-installed Untangle box running on a Protectli 6-port i5-based Vault appliance. The inital config wizard set up an inside and outside interface in routed mode, and so far so good. Now I'm trying to configure additional interfaces for more routed subnets, and I'm running into an issue that I could use some pointers on how to troubleshoot.

The interface I'm trying to add shows up under config->Network->Interfaces, and it shows as connected, 1G, full, so all good there. But when I edit the interface to give it an address, the GUI shows the change pending and when I refresh it has silently failed back to 'Disabled' state.

Because the GUI isn't giving me any information here, is there a specific log I should be looking at? Or something else? Any pointers are appreciated. Thanks!

    Wink Welcome!

There is a small [save] button at the bottom right of the window. - push that button, lesson learned.!

Welcome to Untangle and the forums!

Hi, and welcome to the Untangle forums.

Just to make sure, are you clicking the Save button, bottom right of screen?

Well, you're in good company. The last time I remembered the Save button the hard way was just last year.
