    Default Access rule help?

I am trying to monitor an sd-wan device with librenms threw an untangle box that is in router mode. I can snmpwalk the sd-wan from the untangle cli. Not from the librenms cli. Snmp is what librenms needs to monitor.

    Modem - sd-wan - untangle - librenms

I added a simple access rule to the top of the list. This got the sd-wan web ui and ping working, But not the snmpwalk. Added a few more conditions with no luck. Is the order of the conditions important?

I assume the problem might be double nat but why does web ui work and not snmpwalk? Would a port forward be needed? 161 is the snmp port but how could I determine the return port?

What about a bypass rule or filter rule?

    Thanks

FYI snmp was being blocked by intrusion prevention app.
