    Post bypassing traffic break games and some websites

    my setup

    modem ----> untangle -----> access point

    my connection is pppoe 500/200 mpbs



    im trying to bypass the ip of my gaming pc + giving it high qos priority

    i gave my device static ip then followed bypass rules from the untangle wiki

    but i cant login to any online games. it give me failed to connect to server also game launcher (Battle.net) fail to load content in the main page.also some websites give me connection timeout.


    when i disable the bypass rule everything works fine

    Did you have UPNP turned on? Bypassing the device likely also bypasses UPNP functionality.

    That is my only thought. I bypass things all the time, and have never seen the behavior you describe.

    i tried with upnp off without bypassing and its works fine i din't think its upnp problem

    also i tried different patch cords still not working.


    i will open a ticket but i dont know how
