Help to whitelist antivirus agent to console communication

Can someone please advise on the firewall rules to to whitelist for agent to console communication?

Agent to Console Communication

*.MyVIPRE.com (port 18082)

Apparently when I go to this IP: 54.209.10.76 it shows:

This is message from the browser not the firewall. The site has the certificate set for the domain, not the IP address so using the IP address will in this case show the browser error. Nothing to do with the firewall.
