Default How to run DHCP Server to not provide a certain VLAN?

Hi, I'm trying to install untangle on a new site. This site has windows dhcp server but I want to move it to untangle, as this server will be removed soon. On this site, there's a second internet router for voice communicacations. It has it's own dhcp server so the phones connected to it via vlan 21 get it's own ip (that's provided by the phone system provider).
So, I want to make untangle dhcp server to lease ips to everything but the devices at vlan 21. How can I do it in a proper way?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

Under Config > Network, you can edit each interface individually and set the VLAN info and DHCP serving options. So for your VoIP VLAN, just don't setup a DHCP server.
