Thanks! Been on the phone with them for an hour... They cant seem to give my Untangle an address. Theyre configuring a static ip for me currently.

Mostly back online now. Just working through small stuff. I think either captive portal, or my cert for ssl inspector is causing issue after changing the lan ip of untangle.

Alright, good to go... It wasn't fun, but I'm glad I made it. Haha.

Can you reveal what the issue was?

    Modem/router died

    Untangle was in bridge

Spectrum brought modem/router that didn't support our subnet

Spectrum had trouble bridging my modem so I could set up routing in Untangle.

I requested a static ip from Spectrum so I could get underway more quickly.

Had to change dns record for Untangle in my AD environment to make the captive portal work properly again because previously my modem/router was 10.122.0.1 and Untangle was 10.122.1.10 , I switched untangle ip and dns rather than redoing my windows dhcp.
