Default installing "z4 Plus" in a dual router setup at home behind NAT

I am trying to figure out how/where to install the Z4 plus in my home network setup. I have attached a picture of my home network configuration here. A reasonable place to install Z4 would be between my "Nest wifi router" and the "cable modem" so that the firewall be able to monitor all wired and wireless traffic.

Can Z4 firewall monitor all traffics behind NAT? The nest Wifi will forward all traffic through NAT. Can Z4 firewall effectively differentiate between different packets/traffic?

The problem with google nest wifi is that I cannot set it to bridge mode.
It is set on NAT mode and I cannot change it.
