SSH - Access denied

Hello
I have login and password using that i can login to web configurtion.
Then I try use username-login root and same password as for web authorization and putty
but just receive
Access denied
I have read similiar post -> [cant post link yet] on the forum
but have no any thoughts on solving this...

Config -> Administration

Find the first admin account, reset the password. It will resync the password on the root account on change.
