Out of curiosity, when will the new version show up in the Upgrade tab?

    Current Build: 16.1.1.20201028T105733.d127809143-1buster

    Thank you.

    Thank you jcoffin

At this time my system reflects no upgrades are available. When can I expect to see that it's available to install?

As will all NGFW releases; if you asked to be on the priority list, it is available immediately. Otherwise it is being rolled out over the next few weeks.

Any idea when DHCPv6-PD? It was thought to be coming in 16.1 but that didn't happen. The feature is not in 16.2 either.

I'm sure you're tired of hearing all of this....but did you guys pause the deployment? I'm supposed to be on your priority list based on a ticket I had with Untangle Support.

    Hi Volks,

That ticket is for early upgrade on 16.0. The early upgrade is only for that release. "Priority list" is for early upgrades for all future versions. I would email support and either ask for early upgrade for 16.2 or ask to add your UID to the priority list depending on your preference.

I totally understand the confusion. I had to ask to make sure I was clear.

Is there a timeframe or window for rollouts?
What I'm wondering is when is the threshold for... like... "ALL installs NOW eligible" or something like that?
2 months from initial release... 3 months, 120 days?

No... it's always been, whenever we get there. But usually for an update like 16.2 it's two months on the long side. This update is taking time for some reason.

So is there any information as to what is the latest release that everybody should be on? FWIW I'm on 15.1 and it always shows that no upgrade is available.

While I'm not in a hurry to upgrade for the sake of upgrading, it would be nice to know that I'm not left behind due to some snafu. I understand that there was a problem with upgrading certain releases, but IIRC that symptom was different, that is the upgrade would show as available, but something with the download or install didn't work.
