UPS support in NGFW

My NAS supports many UPS models, and one of mine works, so I connected it. It's so nice to have it track power disturbances and shutdown automatically. Is that feature on the list yet for untangle?

There are ways to get UPS support, however non-conventional. YMMV.

In my case, I have an APC Smart-UPS with a network management card (NMC). I then use PowerChute Network Shutdown (PCNS) as a VM appliance that sends an SSH poweroff command to Untangle when utility power has not been restored within 5 minutes.

The key takeaway here is the SSH part. If you can somehow find a way for the UPS software to trigger that when power goes out, you're golden.
