Wireguard needs a NAT rule for full tunnel configurations.

Ok.. that I can live with

And as we have other NAT rules configured that that subnet matches I see why we don't have any issues.

Looks like it is back as 16.3.1.

Is this still true and if so, can you elaborate?

    Thanks

A NAT rule is needed where Source Interface is WG and NAT is set to Auto.

Note the above rule will NAT everything sourced from the Wireguard interface, not just stuff bound for a WAN interface.

Will it push to early installed machines? Or we need to install again?

Command Center now shows 16.3.2 now. Will this version be pushed out for updates soon? Once a current unit is updated to 16.3.x will it auto install any applications like it does on a fresh install of 16.3?

Yes, as always, upgrades will be rolled out over a few weeks. Customers requesting early access will get it first. Upgrades do not change any settings or which apps are installed.
