    Default Good ISO bad Burn

    I don't get it....

I downloaded a copy of OpenFiler and checked the SHA1 against the site, its correct.

I run the ISO in VMWare Workstation and have the installer check test itself, once again its perfect.

I burn the image to a CD and run the VM again using the CD this time, it FAILS the same test that the ISO passed.

I tried burning the CD again at the slowest speed the program would go (16x). Still no good.

    Am I missing something here?

I am using Active@ ISO Burner to make the disc, could that be the problem?

    Anything better?

Yep the software was the problem, I used IMGBurn and the disc checks out good.

    Thanks for the tip pirateghost.

I've had imgburn fail. I use Nero for everything if I'm burning from a windows station.
