Not really Untangle related but why am I getting this and what should I do to resolve. This is a link from a builder that contains renderings of a client's proposed building. Thanks

Are you using SSL Inspector? If you are, you're using Chrome to connect to a Google service, no amount of wizardry will allow that to work, Google hard coded the certificates. It will notice, it will error that's normal. Only way I know to get around that is to not inspect Google traffic.

If you aren't using SSL Inspector, then I suggest you go to Web Filter -> Settings -> Advanced -> Clear Category URL Cache

Thanks Rob. No SSL Inspector. I tried to clear the cache and still no luck. This is the site: https://sites.google.com/view/wh2000...rent-documents

    Same error with Edge.

I'm behind SSL Inspector and I have no problem with the link. Firefox under Debian and Xfce.

It must be my PC. Could it be Malwarebytes or Defender?

I don't have much recent Windows experience but I would guess it's not Defender.

You'd have to click the links to force the browser through the warnings so you can see what certificate is being presented, it should identify the product that is causing the block.

I can also confirm the provided link opens without complaint in IE, Edge, Firefox, and Chrome from behind my Untangle. So if this is an Untangle issue, it's not a default one.

My desktop uses Windows Defender as its AV, I do not have any other security product installed.

Get the same error on my wife's PC so it must be an Untangle thing.

Well then it's time to do the module dance, start turning them off one at a time until the error goes away. Then you'll know which module is causing the issue, and can dig into the logs to figure out why.

I can add that the link works in both mobile and desktop Safari, and I would concur that it's not an inevitable behavior of Untangle.

That said, I can't offer a constructive suggestion. It does seem like we need to know the offending certificate to solve the problem.
