    Default Pls stop sending my personal data to distributor.

    Or pls add a button so I can check it.

    As a reseller i almost get offended one distributor contact me to help me.

    And we both are in EU so GDPR is a thing..
    No more rambling pls add button so my data is secured with Untangle INC.

    Hi WebFooL, we'll take a look and see what might have happened there. We do have opt in and opt out rules. We'll see if we can figure out what happened. Which Distributor contacted you?

    Think I tracked it down.

    Used an email that was not connected to reseller account when I deploeyd a test box.

    But still not a fan of the "giving" of info.
    But they you in the US don't have GDPR so your "safe"

    This dist however is in .nl and has to work within GDPR.
    So I don't know how they have the right to handle my information without my knowledge or giving them the rights.

    Yes, I found it too, and it was because our systems thought you were new to Untangle. Sorry about that. Even though we are based in the US, GDPR rules are important to us for our European customers. If you still have the new account in our system and want to remove it, you can go to Command Center -> Settings -> Delete account and everything will be removed permanently.

    If you installed as if you were a new user, you may have entered your contact information as a new account in Command Center, and our Distributor would have called to ask you if you wanted help. No offense intended. Hopefully it was a short call. Thanks for your support.

    That account is for another hope to be client.
    So it can be left where it is.

    It would just be nice to "connect " it to me as a reseller directly.
    I will modify my way of working.

    By never providing client details to any vendor ever?

    I like Untangle, but their sales tactics are entirely too Dell to be trusted with details.
