Default Palo Alto finds itself on my never do business with list...

Not patching a massive hole? There are reasons for it... crap happens. Sometimes it takes real time to get things right.

But exploiting a bug in your own platform to sell your support services for a year without notice?

The word "unethical" comes to mind, but barely scratches the surface.

Untangle, please don't be like these people... get us our Debian security updates in a more timely manner... get us TOTP protected authentication on admin logins.

Supply chain issues can only really be worked out with transparency. Open Source can rule the day here, but you're missing key components that help people like me really push. You aren't an alternative right now, and you could be... Please.

On second read I realized Palo Alto is the victim here. Randori is the outfit that sat on it to make money.

Still makes me quite angry to think about. How low do you have to be?

Randori should be held responsible for every Palo Alto breach for the last year... but they won't.
