Based on your log you posted earlier the client can't connect to the server.
I would check that your IP didn't change and that if you are using hostname that it still resolves to the correct IP and that you can ping that IP.
I'm taking off. I'll check back later if you enable remote support otherwise support will be back tomorrow, but they will need you to enable support too.
