Open VPN is down! Urgent help is needed!

I have a customer with 8 remote users and Open VPN down! I'm paying for support but an answering machine does not do any good to help.

It was all working fine on Friday and now Monday morning no one can connect.

Were in Untangle can I specify which external connection OpenVPN should use if two External connections exists.

Like I said nothing has changed but I wanted to make sure the right connection is selected.

Any other ideas for me?

It should accept vpn connections from both WAN.
But the clients will only connect to the one specified in the client.conf.

Did the server update to 9.0.1?

I have a UT server with Open VPN down. I'm not sure but it may be becuase it upgraded to V. 9 over the weekend.

Anyway I have tried calling support and no answer. The answering machine is no good for help.

Yes from what I can tell so far the server updated to 9.0.1 over the weekend

Were can I start to troubleshoot?

One WAN interface was still active but no longer in use. I have it set to static and unchecked "Is WAN Interface" so I don't think that should be a problem.

How can I access the client.conf file?

Start by giving us what error code your clients get.

The client.conf is located on every vpn users program file\openvpn\client\ folder.

Have the IP/DNS Name to the boxs WAN inteface change?

And the name/Ip that the client try to connect with is still what untangle have?

Yes...and the internet connection is working fine

I use Level Platforms to connect to the server and have no problems
