    Default Unable to Access shared folder from Client

    Hi,

    I just recently activated the OpenVPN but i'm having some trouble accessing our shared folder once our OPENVPN client's are already connected, they were able to browse over the internet and I can see on my firewall appliance their IP Address since I enable Full Tunnel. Pinging the Untangle's internal IP address is not a problem but else cannot be ping, not sure what else needs to be done.

    - Site->Client
    - Pool: Default, IP/Netmask: 172.16.0.0 /24,
    - Full Tunnel = True, Export DNS = True
    - DNS Override = DNS Server IP

    Cheers!

    Verify that the VPN Client can connect to the file server.
    Start with ICMP.

    And verify so that the File server has can route back to the VPN client.

    Also verify the firewall on the File server. (it might block non local address's)

    I am having the same problem, where would you add this route and what would it look like? Sorry to be such a noob. I would think that adding a route for the network would work. I can ping my NAS and access its web interface, just cannot browse the file share.
