Default Restrict multiple OpenVPN clients to one internal IP

In OpenVPN, can I restrict multiple OpenVPN clients to accessing one internal IP address for each client in OpenVPN?
    For example:
OpenVPN client 192.168.2.5 restricted to only accessing TCP 3389 on 192.168.1.5
OpenVPN client 192.168.2.10 restricted to only accessing TCP 3389 on 192.168.1.10
    so on and so forth.

Would this be better suited using Firewall rules? Should I make multiple client pools in OpenVPN?

    I would use Firewall rules.

If you have Policy manager you can use that to have diff rant racks per OpenVPN user.
