Default Unable to Edit Windows opvn file

I have been using OpenVPN using port 443 without issue now for over a year. I just upgraded to a u25x with 13.2 from my u25 on 13.2 by restoring the backup file.

My android phone with the edited config pointing to tcp 443 connects without issue.

But for some reason i am unable to edit the opvn file on my Surface and change the port. When i do i get a strange "extra or missing characters in config file error.

My Surface can connect with the default port set to tcp 1194 without issue. No idea why this would happen.

    Anyone?

Probably just UAC honestly, editing stuff in Program Files is harder than it needs to be thanks to it.
