Default Getting Openvpn settings off the hosted machine

    Hi,
I am new to this so please bear with me. My setup is as follows. I have 2 hosted servers. One is Untangled and the other a Windows Machine. The windows machine and the Untangled machine are connected via a Lan connection, so the untangled machine functions as a gateway for the Windows machine. This works 100% and all WAN traffic is handled by Untangle.

I set up open VPN on the untangle machine. But since i am in a hosted environment, i connect to untangle via VNC. When i try to download the config file, it saves it to the local untangle machine, and i cannot for the life of me get a copy of the file onto my Windows machine to test. I know this is a stupid question, but i have been banging my head on this one. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

Do not manage Untangle from it's local console, that will bring you headaches. Use another machine, and a browser there, you'll have far greater luck.

If you need to download the VPN client remotely:
    - Ensure your password is strong
    - Enable HTTPS on WAN rule
    - Access the GUI remotely
    - Download the client
    - Turn off HTTPS on WAN rule
