    Default Port Share OpenVPN server

    Hi guys,

I am new here and first I want to say that I am impressed with Untangle. Over the weekend I tested it and the user interface, stability and performance are very nice! At the moment I am running a pfsense firewall and I want to move to Untangle for home use. I do have some questions about the OpenVPN server.

Is it possible to run in on tcp port 443? And then is it possible to use the "port-share" option with from openvpn server with it?

The reason I am asking this is because I run a webserver with ssl. Running OpenVPN server on 443 allows me to bypass a lot of proxy's and firewalling issues when on the road. At the moment I am using the "port-share" option with pfsense firewall. Using this option in openvpn server I am able to access my website on SSL and also connect to openvpn server.

    All help is greatly appreciated!

You can't port share with Untangle.

You can add that option under custom configuration as desired.

You can use a different port to access untangle internally and access that port over the vpn. Or over the Untangle Command Center.
