    Default [UNDEF] Inactivity Timeout (--ping-restart),restarting

    I have 2 users (so far) that are unable to connect to OpenVPN. Untangle version is 14.2.2. One client is using OpenVPN 2.4.7 newly downloaded from Untangle and the other is using 2.4.0 but both receive the same error when trying to connect
    [UNDEF] Inactivity timeout (--ping-restart), restarting
    SIGUSR1[soft,ping-restart]received, process restarting
    WARNING: --ns-cert-type is DEPRECATED. Use --remote-cert-tls instead.
    TCP/UDP: Preserving recently used remote address: [AF_INET]xx.xx.xxx.xxx:1194

    If it helps at all, another user was able to successfully connect last week using the same type of laptop, Windows 10 64-bit and he used the 2.4.0 client.

    I appreciate any help you can give me.

    @ABerndt

    Would you mind sharing what you did as I'm seeing this too now and can't figure out why.
