    Default OVPN clients in behind modem/router connecting to UT OVPN main site

    Site 1
    LAN_1 192.168.16.0/24 -> ADSL Modem/Router -> WAN

    Site 2
    WAN -> Untangle (OpenVPN server) -> LAN_2 192.168.1.0/24

    OVPN Client on LAN_1 can connect to Site 2 and access LAN_2 devices.
    However when OVPN is connected, it cannot accesss its own LAN_1 devices any more.

    i think i have to route OVPN assigned IP to LAN_1 but need advise. i may be wrong. Thanks

    Is the client on LAN_1 a PC using OpenVPN PC client or is this a NGFW on LAN 1?

    No no, there is no UT on LAN_1.
    It uses OVPN Client and connects to LAN_2 without problem.

    Is the UT on LAN 2 have 192.168.16.0/24 IPs in exports?

    Frankly spoken, there was a 192.168.2.0/24 in exports which was not (never) in use.
    I simply changed it to 192.168.16.0/24 but this didn't help.
    Should I delete it now and create a new export maybe?

    It should have 192.168.1.0/24 in exports. 192.168.16.0/24 should not be there is it not a site to site connection.

    hmm, it's clear now. removed 192.168.16.0/24 from exports. 192.168.1.0/24 was already there.
    i'll be able to test tomorrow and report back. thanks for now.
