Default Time-based internet access for kid

    Hi all,

Need some help setting up policy manager. I've read alot without getting any smarter, so please don't assume I tried to figure this out without asking here

Anyways...plan is to give my youngest son limited access to internet (1600-2100hrs) and block everything else outside time frame. I guess best way is to use firewall to block all traffic, but I still havent found a way to tie a block rule to second rack in policy manager.

    It's a three step process:

    1.) Make a new rack
2.) Install and configure the modules in the new rack to do what you want.
3.) Make a policy rule to push traffic to that rack at the appropriate time.

I'm going to suggest that if you want internet control you use the web filter instead of the firewall, just enable all the categories.

Web filter will only stop web based traffic through port 80? I would like to stop all traffic like online gaming, steam etc.

    1) I have made a new rack with "default policy" as parent
    2) I have installed modules, but how do i configure them without interfering with default policy?
    3) Easy enough...I'm stuck at point 2

Web Filter scans 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).

Use Application Control for UDP games.
