I'm wondering is there is something else we can do other than waiting, reboot is not an option for me, as our QA and developers are currently running tests on software and hardware which requires 100 % uptime for internet connection.

Same thing - been running version 7 since it came out, go to reports and nothing. Get that screen that no reports are available and to check back tomorrow. Been running for a while now. Used to get emailed daily and weekly reports. Nothing now. Rebooted and all. Data rentention is set for 15 days if that makes any difference.
can you check and see whats in your /var/log/uvm/reports.log

although I removed reporting virtual appliance from my UT, I have received an email from my untangle box with pdf attachment, and when I reinstalled reporting back again I got reporting problem fixed.
Not sure what happend, it never worked since 7.0 came out, and today it just worked.
* I haven't rebooted my UT since 6.2 came out
