    Default No reports are available

    Hello

I'm experiencing problem with UT reports right after the upgrade to 7.0

When I click on Reports -> settings -> View reports

I tried to remove the appliance and install it again, but it didn't help.

    Please help.

    Thank you

I am having this same issue on two different Untangle servers. Data retention is set at 14 on one an 8 on the other.

This is normal, all old reports go "poof" then after a day you get 1 report and so on.

Every day that I check for reports (after the upgrade) I get the message in the first post to this thread. I have never been able to view a single report on these two servers.

Have you rebooted the server since the upgrade?

    Apparently some boxes got stuck...

Beyond that I think you may have to wait for the next version... since the reporting system has some rather large holes in it.

I was able to get to one of the boxes early enough this morning to reboot it. I will check again tomorrow and see what happens. Thanks!

Default Run reports manually on 7

I get reports, but I want the ability to manually run the reports. appearently in older versions you could force a report by /usr/share/untangle/reports/update-reports 2008-02-09 where the date is your date that you want to run for. They must have changed the location of that job because the /reports folder is no longer there.

Anybody have a clue on how to just run this report manually on 7 then? Would be nice to have a button untangle

    its now "/usr/lib/python2.5/reports/process.py"

we won't be adding it to the UI because people would click on it and cause issues.

    edit: corrected path

    I don't have "/usr/bin/python2.5/reports/process.py"

there is no python2.5 directory there. Sure about the path?
