Bandwidth reporting question...

When looking at the reports for the previous week, in the System section, it shows "Data Transfer (7-day)" is 5GB and "Avg Data Rate (7-day)" is 692MB/day. However, when looking at the Web Filter section, it shows that my top 5 users have a combined usage of 25GB.

What information is being shown in the System section? How do I find the correct total bandwidth used or amount of data transferred?
