Web Filter Reports

I'm curious as to why I'm seeing these events in the Reporting Console on Untangle. Under Violation Events I'm seeing several events like:

Time - 2010-01-18 4:02:32 pm
Client - 192.168.1.23
User - None
Category - [no description]
Blocked - False
URL - http://analytics.live.com/Sync.html?V=3525&AQNT=1
Server IP - 65.55.239.161
Client IP 192.168.1.23

If this site is not blocked as according to Blocked = False then why is it showing in the Violation Events at all?
