    I gave you all of what I can see when I view long headers. I don't know of another way to view them, I'll have to look into it.

    yes, you will probably have to view the raw source of the whole message.

    I appreciate your help.

    Ok, so compare that with the output that the Untangle generates:

    Code:
    Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
    	boundary="_004_E1Nxb1S00069S4hdogclouduntanglecom_"
    MIME-Version: 1.0

    --_004_E1Nxb1S00069S4hdogclouduntanglecom_
    Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
    	boundary="_000_E1Nxb1S00069S4hdogclouduntanglecom_"
    compared to yours:

    Code:
    Content-Type: multipart/related; boundary="===============1035594923=="
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    --===============1035594923==
    Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="===============0509805921=="
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Your mime encoding was NOT generated by untangle. Something in between your untangle and your mail server is mangling those emails as it repacks them.

    The only thing "between" the two is a switch.

    Is there a way I can force UT to resend the reports email? Testing one setting per day seems foolish.

    If that's true I'd check the anti-virus software on your mail server and client.

    run fiind / -name process.py for the name of the script to run to rengenerate the email.

    I noticed a typo in the UT email test message sender thing: "Test email sent. Check your mailbox to for successful delivery."

    As for antivirus, my mac has none, and the mailserver isn't running any, that's why UT is in front of it.

    My problem is solved. I was trying to send the reports out through Gmail's SMTP Server. Apparently that wasn't working. I switched to my email server at work and it sends just fine.

    Thanks for the help.
