    Default Quarantine Email

    I get my quarantine emails daily. Great.

    But no others users do.

    I am running the email defaults - no filters set.

    There is email in some of the users accounts.

    I used the email test - for one of the users that are not receiving email and they did get the test email. So I know the email is setup correctly. ( I knew that as I get email and daily reports as well).

    Do not know what else to do or check?

    I am paid up user with support - shall I report this to support?
