Default Prior report data lost after reboot

I've noticed that the reports are only keeping track of since the last reboot. If I want to take a look at a report for the whole month but I rebooted 3 days ago, I only have 3 days worth of data despite having the reporting module running for months. Please advise.

    What hardware are you using?

What is the data retention set to ? in the GUI /admin/index.do#service/reports/data

Reports going away in a reboot is normal for the Linksys (ARM) version of Untangle, which has been discontinued by the way.

Other than that, the retention setting as mentioned needs checked, but that defaults to 7 days. If you want it to hold data for months, you'll need to change that. Be careful of your drive space!

The report also is based on the date range selected in the top left. The default is "today" but it does remember your last selection.

Reports has no dependence on last reboot.

Once I reboot the machine, all historical report data is lost and reports start at 0. If I go and select this week, this month, etc, it will be zero

Can you post screen capture of the dashboard view?
