Possible to get an alert/email when an App config changes?

I'm not sure if this question should go here or in the Web Filter app. I searched the forum and Internet but didn't find anything.

I'd like to have an alert/email notification when someone changes anything in the Web Filter app. Changes to any of the configs, categories, etc. When any change made in only the Web Filter app, an email is sent.

Is this possible?

The bigger question is, why does someone other then the "admin" or you have access to the firewall ?

I figured out how to get emails when someone logs in to the firewall, but that's not really what I'm looking for.
The question remains...
