hi, followed your suggested guide with latest beta, i'm using Virtualbox and Debian10 is the host

    • High latency on all WANs(ISP and VPN) is still present
    • Virtualbox is licensed "Unlimited", QoS properly configured, speedtest.net performed, 10Mbps
    • OpenVPN creation bug, if setting != "Any WAN" then connection offline.

Is the VPN icon showing the connection as disconnected? By connection "offine" do you mean unable to connect to any Internet or just the far side of the VPN?

The VPN icon shows the connection as disconnected, so the icon is "gray", so the far side of the VPN as you put it.
The moment i change the setting to "Any WAN", it instantly connects and all traffic is normal.

We are seeing the High Latency issue, and we're looking at the OpenVPN issue too. We'll post back on them when we get further along. Thanks for testing and providing feedback!

The vmware virtual box are .vmdk and .vdi not .img . To do an upgrade seems you need a .img format.

Seems to be better speeds on my wrt1900acs.

The e6 img is good with just about any x86 platform including VMware upgrade. Unfortunately there is a bug with VMware and VB upgrades. The only solution to upgrade those boxes at the moment is to replace the hard drive image.
