Default SD-WAN Router 2.0 Release Candidate is now available

    Hi all,
SD-WAN Router 2.0 Release candidate is now available for download through Command Center. Our public release date is December 8 (subject to change), at which time automatic updates will start.

This release brings the ability to set up VLANs with SD-WAN Router, which is a highly requested feature. Thank you to our community for your feedback! VLANs are especially handy for our e3, which has only one LAN.

Download links are also available as:

"SD-WAN Router Linksys WRT1900 ACM download"

    Shouldn't that be ACS?

What is the difference for SD-WAN Router VMware download vs SD-WAN Router VMware flat download?

    Thanks

    Fixed.

Both downloads for VMware are required. VMware combines both files for a complete disk description during instance creation. Otherwise, upgrade from GUI will fail in future upgrades of the VM instance.

Just installed the WRT 3200 ACM img file on my Linksys WRT 3200 ACM unit. No DHCP from LAN ports and no Untangle Wireless SSID.

Update: Now have a USB to TTL Serial Adapter connected. When I try to boot the SD-WAN image it comes up with an error of:

Wrong boot image for bootm command
    ERROR: Can't get kernel image!

The default IP is 192.168.1.1. You may try setting the IP in the range and pinging 192.168.1.1 to see if the unit is running the new firmware.

Thanks! I did try that earlier. before I even posted. Set a static IP on the management PC of 192.168.1.10 and set 192.168.1.1 as the gateway and Primary DNS. Could not get it to ping. Booted back to the Linksys OEM image and all works again. Just to check my Linksys router, I downloaded and installed OpenWrt with the same procedure and it installed and ran fine. I suspect that there is a possibility of an incorrect or bad SD-WAN image on the website.

I think there are two images. Or at least there was. One for upgrade the other for installing fresh. Are you sure you got the fresh install image?

I think you may be on to something. When I look at the download from the link at the top of this thread it has sysupgrade in the name. Now to find out where to get the fresh install version for the Linksys WRT3200ACM. From my Command Center it only shows the WRT1900ACS Beta version.
