It looks like a hard disk issue. Are you installing on a disk that has been wiped? Partition the entire disk? Try removing all the partitions on the disk then re-install.
Why is it you need to block access to the 3 servers? What servers are you wanting to control? Manage access with you GP or UA.
Other browsers work fine. I'll play around with add on's with the firefox. See if that helps it out.
It appears fine on the box. It's only showing like that with my firefox browser 3.6.3
