i would not do that in the firewall, except you want to block all google ranges. you need to know that sometimes they are hostnames shared within the same ip adress, so it could be difficult to block...

no the Firewall seems to block only tcp/udp packets , but there is a way to drop icmp packets in the Pcket Filter Setting under the Networking Module.
unfortunately , we cannot see...
