I went back to 6.2 on 13 servers, due to the reporting module..All my customers prefered the old style of reports. I had to disable the upgrading..

I have an untangle box 7, that firewall about 6 SME Servers, I have been struggling to do updates and load software for a few days, then thought maybe it was Untangle blocking...

I loved the reports from 6.2, and have been requested from 3 different customers to go back to the old reports, maybe a combination of both reporting systems, the drill down for the users etc..

I get the same error, has this been fixed?

On my Reporting , I think I beat Aaron Vail now...we have a user that downloaded a 1TB yesterday according to the Untangle Reports,

Que?, You need to wait a day to generate the reports, also the report module needs to be installed

This bug caused me a large amount of grief...I accused a user of abusing the internet, he wasnt sure if he had, then the user second on the report used 9GB in one day and he wasnt even in the office,...

No you cannot...I assume it will be voted in for the next update

Those 3 protocols caused me an absolute nightmare

I am looking for a way I can actually see what users are downloading and prove that users are downloading music torrents etc, whcih report actually shows the file that has been downloaded...

I use the OpenDNS as well , in conjunction with the UT box, I have found on occasion that the Internet and Mail can be extremely slow, if I change the DNS it speeds up..after a few hours...

I have about 25 UT boxes in and around town, they all did their upgrades to 7, and I have endless nightmares with the mail for the past 4 days, glad I saw this and will disable the Protocol...
