i think i misread the info, we are trying to capture email addreses and save them in a database for datamining purposes.

this happened me to me once with a client he was using microtik and microtik had the proxy filtering enabled.
we disabled the useless microtik filtering and it worked fine.
like dbunyard its very simple tweak that can help alot, currently i am stuck im trying to replace sonicwalls but i cant because some clients doesnt have fixed IPs.
