    Default "Pass" emails not appearing in mailbox

    Ok, so we're trying to post some items on Craigslist. Craigslist sent confirmation email, I can see it in both spam filter lite & phishing filter as "passed". However user does not receive email, and no record of it in Exchange Server mail tracking (we're using Exchange 2003) ....and for the obvious, no, the message is not in the spam folder

    I would check your server logs closely.

    The pass event is log after the server has already accepted the message. So if you see it in the log then the server already accepted the message.
