    Default Released email not showing up in Outllook inbox.

    I am a relatively new Untangle user. I am using it in bridge mode to filter and protect our small network. I have it set up to send quarantine reports to my users everyday at noon. That part works great. The issue is that when Untangle traps a valid email and we "release it to inbox" it never shows up in the user's inbox. I can send a test message from Untangle both directly and using my email server. I do not see any record of the released messages in any of the other apps.

    Where should I look next?

    the log is in /var/log/exim4/mainlog, just take a look at the time you released it and it should have the response from your mail server.

    Can it be viewed through the Web interface? If so how? What I can find about it sounds like I have to use Putty.

    no, you'll need to be either at the console or use an app to connect through ssh (after enabling ssh at the local console)
