    Default High false positives rate this month

    This month people have started complaining about not receiving emails, after looking into the problem we found most have fallen in to the quarantine, in almost all cases these email addresses have been marked as passed before this month, but now they are being scored higher. Some people even had said they are in a conversation sending emails back and forth and all of the sudden they don't get a response, come to find out the email is stuck in the quarantine. This is happening on many different domains, small businesses domains, msn.com, even medium size companies like webex.com emails got stuck.

    We are running untangle version 9.4.2. With Spam Blocker.

    Any help would be much appreciated

    I know we are running an older version of Untangle, and I was wondering if updating to the new 11 would help the problem.

    There are so many changes since 9.4.2 in 11.0.1, it definitely will help.

    Could be nearly anything. (like: http://forums.untangle.com/spam-bloc...sbl-2-4-a.html)
    You will need to look at why the emails are being scored that way.

    Yes, I would upgrade. IMO, its not worth troubleshooting 9.4 antispam since you'll need to move sooner or later anyway.
