This month people have started complaining about not receiving emails, after looking into the problem we found most have fallen in to the quarantine, in almost all cases these email addresses have been marked as passed before this month, but now they are being scored higher. Some people even had said they are in a conversation sending emails back and forth and all of the sudden they don't get a response, come to find out the email is stuck in the quarantine. This is happening on many different domains, small businesses domains, msn.com, even medium size companies like webex.com emails got stuck.
We are running untangle version 9.4.2. With Spam Blocker.
